At Cecco Construction, your project will often begin with Glen. Glen brings contracting experience dating back to the 1970s and studied at the Colorado School of Mines. His background and experience give him a strong understanding of construction, geology, site conditions, and engineering principles.
Whether you are dealing with a structural problem, drainage, concrete, foundations, retaining walls, or a complicated construction project, Glen’s goal is to understand the problem and help develop a practical solution that produces an engineered result.
But Glen is only one part of the Cecco Construction team.
As a Class A RBC and CBC contractor, Cecco Construction is primarily residentially focused but also has the capability to perform light commercial and military contracting. Once you decide to move forward with us, we have a system. Different members of our team handle different stages of the process, and knowing whom to contact can help you get answers much faster.
Glen generally helps you get started. He evaluates the project, discusses the problems you are trying to solve, reviews possible approaches, and helps determine the appropriate direction for the work.
His decades of contracting experience, combined with his background at the Colorado School of Mines and knowledge of geology and engineering principles, can be particularly helpful when a project involves unusual structural, soil, drainage, or site conditions.
Glen also has substantial experience dealing with complex military construction projects. When a project requires work on a military installation, he is familiar with the additional procedures, documentation, coordination, and access requirements involved. Glen can work through the required process to obtain authorized access to military installations when the applicable contract and installation requirements permit it.
Once your project moves beyond the initial consultation, there are some important numbers you need to know.

Bradley is not an engineer, but he studied engineering and architecture and understands the permitting process. He knows how to navigate the various county and city portals throughout Northern Virginia and coordinate permit applications, engineered drawings, zoning requirements, plans, corrections, and related submissions.
Permitting can be complicated. Zoning requirements, engineering, plan reviews, corrections, inspections, and approvals can involve multiple departments and take time.
If your question is “Where is my permit?”, Bradley is the person you need to contact.
Bradley is frequently working on projects, including jobs in the western counties, so he may not always be immediately available by telephone. You can also text him directly at 703-475-4591.

Kayla is our office manager and your go-to person for general questions once your project is underway. She assists with scheduling, appointments, customer communication, and project coordination.
And don’t be surprised if you call Kayla and she answers Creteform.
Creteform is another construction operation primarily focused on large commercial and military projects. Creteform has the capabilities and resources to undertake substantially larger construction projects.
Cecco Construction, by comparison, is more residentially focused. We work directly with homeowners on residential construction, structural repairs, concrete, foundations, retaining walls, and other specialized projects, while also having the capability to undertake light commercial and military contracts.
If you aren’t sure whom you need to speak with, Kayla can direct you to the appropriate person.
If you need to speak directly with the owner of Cecco Construction, please go through Kayla. She can provide you with the owner’s name and coordinate the appropriate contact.
Military construction presents requirements that are different from those of a typical residential or commercial project. Installation access, identification and credentialing, security procedures, documentation, scheduling, inspections, and coordination with government personnel may all become part of the construction process.
Glen has extensive experience dealing with complex military construction and understands how to work within these additional requirements. When authorized under the applicable contract and installation procedures, Glen can complete the necessary process to obtain access credentials for military installations.
Leno and Bradley can also work within military installation access requirements when their involvement is required for a particular project. Where a Common Access Card (CAC) or other installation credential is required, the appropriate personnel can complete the applicable authorization and credentialing process.
If your project involves military contracting, let us know during the initial consultation so that personnel, documentation, access, and scheduling requirements can be addressed before construction begins.
Construction can involve much more than simply showing up and doing the work. Depending on the project, there may be site evaluation, engineering, zoning, plans, permitting, scheduling, inspections, military installation requirements, construction, and final completion.
That is why Cecco Construction has a team and a system.
Glen helps evaluate your project and develop the initial solution. Bradley handles permitting, zoning, and plan submissions. Kayla handles scheduling, customer coordination, and access to the company owner when necessary.
For military projects, our experienced personnel can also coordinate the additional documentation and installation-access requirements necessary to perform the work.
Whether your project is residential, light commercial, or military, our objective is the same: give you access to the right person at the right stage of your project and deliver an engineered result.
